Dan Pink Ted talk

Again leads with humor, much like Sir Ken.  Fast pace, no time to process points.
---- People with incentive always do better faster, but thats untrue.
-It, however makes extreme sense, when we do something, when we do it for and only for ourselves and personal enjoyment and or curiosity, we will tackle it wholeheartedly, not caring nor thinking of how long it will take or what we will get after the fact. When someone is focused more on what happens after the task, the task itself losing focus and actual importance, and therefore will take longer, seems harder etc.
Hard to focus on his point because of his speed and slightly unexplained connections.
---- Simple tasks however, can be incentivized, and will be done faster by those who are incentivized.
- When the task can be done without thought, or with little thought, the people, who are thinking about money, will try to do it fast, unlike those without incentive who feel no need for speed. And, the task being simple, people even preoccupied with the ned result will complete it faster.
Dan uses much less, humor but more passion. however the passion is used for hard facts, examples. Not very entertaining but very informational. However, he uses the "lawyer, presenting a case."
-businesses, as Sir Ken also said, are stuck in 19'th and 20'th century practices, financial motivation, steering children away from creative lines of study.
But in a more creative world, those things don't always work. For more open minded, non-mechanical tasks financial motivation ruins a person.
-------- He makes a passionate well proven and clear point. Uses a fall back saying" there's a mismatch....... business does" The beginning is, however too fast paced and i find it hard to follow. Not the most entertaining but very informational.
